REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Subscription Model All services provided by Nexus Vision Ventures LLC are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that your credit card will be charged automatically every month until the service is cancelled.

2. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. No-Refund Policy Due to the nature of our digital services, including immediate resource allocation, A2P 10DLC registration costs, and AI configuration (Nova), all sales are final.

No Partial Refunds: We do not provide pro-rated or partial refunds for the remaining days of a billing cycle once a payment has been processed.

Setup Fees: Any one-time setup or onboarding fees are strictly non-refundable as they cover the immediate labor and infrastructure costs required to launch your account.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes By proceeding with payment, you agree to contact Nexus Vision Ventures LLC directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We maintain detailed records of service usage, IP logs, and signed electronic consents to defend against unauthorized disputes.
